The goal was to optimize the brand pages for Haypp’s US sites, Nicokick and Northerner, to increase conversion rates by improving the overall user experience, providing clearer product information, and building stronger brand trust. By addressing these areas, the intention was to guide visitors more effectively through the purchasing journey and convert them into loyal customers.

02 — Creative process

We focused on simplifying complex product information, addressing customer skepticism, and enhancing content with clear descriptions, trust elements, and compliance. We optimized the visual design for brand identity and mobile browsing, ensuring an intuitive experience. Conversion-driven elements like clear CTAs, limited-time offers, and bundle deals were added to guide users seamlessly to purchase.

03 — Results

As a result of these optimizations, Nicokick and Northerner saw an increase in conversion rates, with users spending more time on the sites and interacting with the products. Engagement rose, reflecting greater interest in the offerings, while bounce rates declined, indicating improved user retention. Overall, the project demonstrated that by simplifying content, improving user experience, and building trust, significant improvements in conversion rates and customer satisfaction could be achieved.
